Whether you’re a runner trying to drop from a six-minute mile to a five minute one, a somewhat active person trying who has hit a plateau and can’t drop that last fifteen pounds, or just simply trying to get out and start walking more, Jenna will help you discover a level and program that is successful in achieving the results you want.

Jenna Peterson is devoted to creating both desirable and visible results for each client. At the beginning of a program, people often start in one condition, and by the time of program completion, are in a completely different state. The ability to reclaim your body also means control, mastery, and a sense of deep bodily comfort that can only be attained with complete and total body alignment.

Through years of expertise in working with both advanced athletes and beginners, she will evaluate the level you are at and match you with exercises and practices, at levels you’ll be comfortable working at.
Examining your goals and aspirations, Jenna guides you from where you currently are at to where you want to be, working closely with you through all the steps in between. Her hands-on and personalized training is all encompassing, offering fitness plans complete with working agreements and goals, nutrition guidelines, and support systems via both email and telephone.
