About Jenna
Jenna Peterson is committed to helping her clients reclaim the optimal use of their bodies through her comprehensive Pilates-based fitness programs and training. Through working closely with each of her clients, she aims to give them the ability to do what they are passionate about. One of Jenna’s main goals is to guide and support her clients to achieve new heights in performance. With diverse programs already available, and others that can be tailored
specifically to personal requirements, Jenna Peterson’s practice
is geared toward both individual and group needs. Whether you’re working individually, with a partner, or participating in group sessions, Jenna Peterson’s programs are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of total care. Jenna is skilled enough to work with highly trained athletes and achieve noticeable results, yet more than happy to take on people starting from scratch. Classes are conducted in a fun, light-hearted atmosphere, and tailored specifically to the needs of the individual or group. Many times, people overlook the fact that pain or physical inability could be related to mental functioning. By alleviating pain and strengthening your body’s physical capacity, you will create options for yourself that go beyond the physical aspects into all arenas of your life. By fully owning and maintaining possession of your body, you can observe the connection between the mental and physical; one of Jenna’s goals is to help you bridge this gap. Through comprehensive, effective fitness training, Jenna Peterson strives to give people back their birthright: the fundamental right to access their bodies, and to use them to carry out what is most important to them. Credentials: Jenna Peterson is a Pilates based fitness instructor. She began her Reformer training with Polestar Education under Beth Lepkowski, MSTP. Jenna continued her Mat training with AFFA. Her background in massage therapy informs her knowledge of the body’s dynamics, giving her a keen sense of alignment to avoid injury and build ease in motion. Jenna focuses on athletes, top performers, injury recovery and re-injury prevention, and is passionate about her work: “I am committed to helping people use their bodies competently, so that they can realize their desires with both finesse and skill. I work together with my clients to create the breakthroughs that empower them to achieve their goals.” |
